Its latest jobs boost: Humana's NetPark campus in east Tampa is adding 170 call center jobs, primarily telesales positions to market the company's Medicare benefit plans and other products. As part of its Economic Development Strategic Plan, the City of Clearwater developed a Technology District to encourage growth in the IT industry. Governor Rick Scott today highlighted the expansion of Coastal Cloud, LLC’s corporate headquarters to Flagler County. Coastal Cloud, a computer service company and subsidiary of Graphene, will be creating 100 new jobs over the next three years and making a $3.1 million investment in Florida with the construction of 30,000 square feet of office space. AT&T has invested nearly $225 million in its Jacksonville area wireless and wireline networks from 2010 to 2012, according to a new company report. Miami-Dade County will be home to a new Univision/ABC television network that will create 346 jobs and make a $274.52 million in capital investment in the area.
