Financial services giant Morgan Stanley announced Wednesday morning the company will be expanding its operation in Hillsborough County. The global company says they will be adding 110 jobs in the Intellicenter Office Park located at 12653 Telecom Drive in Temple Terrace. (Read More)

Navy Federal CEO Cutler Dawson announced Wednesday a $200 million expansion that will include two new buildings on its Beulah campus by the end of 2015 and a minimum of 1,500 new jobs. He also unveiled a long-range expansion plan that will create a $1 billion campus with another 4,700 jobs by 2020. (Read More)

Digital Risk, a producer of mortgage analysis software, plans to lease a 50,000 square foot facility in Lake Mary, Florida, where it will create up to 600 jobs during the next four years. Digital Risk expanded its Florida presence in 2009, adding more staff to its headquarters operations. In total, Digital Risk has created more than 1,300 new jobs in Florida since 2009. (Read More)

Chico’s FAS celebrated its expansion in Southwest Florida with a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open Building 10 at its Fort Myers headquarters. The new 146,000-square-foot building has created about 150 jobs already, with the ability to create up to 450. (Read More)

Today, Governor Rick Scott joined President and CEO of TBC Corp., Larry Day, in a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating their recent expansion in Palm Beach Gardens. Initially announced in August, this expansion has already created 61 new jobs, and will create a total of 175 new jobs by June 2014. In addition to this, TBC Corp. will inject a capital investment of $12 million into the Palm Beach area. (Read More)

Giraffas USA, a large Brazilian fast-food chain, has established its U.S. headquarters in Miami-Dade County, adding 285 new jobs within three years and an initial capital investment of $8 million. Giraffas, which has nearly 400 restaurants in Brazil, recently opened restaurants in Midtown Miami, North Miami and Pinecrest. (Read More)
